ZAC BROWN BAND ANNOUNCE CASTAWAY WITH SOUTHERN GROUND EVENT
Zac Brown Band has announced Castaway With Southern Ground, a destination four-night concert event set for January.
The band will join guests for two shows during four nights at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in Mexico, taking place Jan. 27-31. In addition to their own performances, the group has enlisted some of their most famous friends to join them at the beach, including Kacey Musgraves, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Dawes, Brett Dennen, The Wailers and Darrell Scott.
The event is limited to 2,500 fans, offering each ticket holder an all-inclusive experience will meals, drinks, concerts and other activities — cooking demos, yoga, theme nights and more — included in the package price. The event also offers fans the chance to explore the Cancun region with trips to the nearby Mayan ruins, zip-lining, swimming with sea turtles and shopping in Playa del Carmen.
Zac Brown Band has partnered with Positive Legacy to encourage artists and attendees to take part in a service day to give back to the local community while in Mexico.
