Digital Strategist

Location: Delray Beach, FL

Job Description:

Currently seeking a full-time Digital Strategist to join the team and work out of our Delray Beach, FL office. The right person for this position is knowledgeable and up-to-date on social media platforms, advertising, trends, best practices, and technologies. Candidates should be passionate about live music, tech savvy, self-motivated, a strong writer, and have incredible attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Advertising
    • Create Strategy & Manage Advertising Schedule – Develop detailed Digital Advertising Budgets with consideration to phases of event cycle
    • Oversee Ad Campaigns – Define, track, and report on KPIs. Suggest targeting strategies and use analytics to set and manage campaign spends.
  • Social Media Content
    • Manage social content team, divide responsibilities between team members, meet regularly to review content calendar, and manage plan for creative needs.
    • Assist with monitoring and replying to comments on posts, sponsored posts, and ad campaigns.
  • Marketing Team Support
    • Work closely with Marketing Director, Creative Director, and the Marketing Team at large
    • Use announce schedule to plan social schedule and be up-to-date on announcements 
    • Participate in regular Marketing and Cloud 9 Adventures Team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, marketing, and advertising
  • Ability to work within a defined budget and get the best results out of spend

  • Adept at doing research and compiling reports in execution of marketing goals

    Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the company’s overall marketing objectives – including developing and implementing marketing plans, projects & promotions
    • Manage Social Media Marketing and Advertising for multiple events on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and other online communities
      • Ability to create content and implement different strategies to develop & maintain rapport with each fan base
      • Ability to adapt to the tone/voice of each event
      • Effectively manage social media advertising spends and budgets
    • Generate written copy for social media, websites, and newsletter content
      • Edit and maintain websites using CMS
      • Create and edit email blasts
    • Work with Creative Director to design various collateral and graphics (including but not limited to website, digital, and print materials)

      • Collect photos and post event photo galleries
      • Manage real time posts from event
      • Organize and archive event photos
      • Create shot lists and ensure all aspects of events are being properly captured
    • Work with event videographers to:
      • Put together budgets, create deal points, execute contracts, and manage deliverables
      • Act as on-site video team liaison and manager

      Marketing / Design Intern

      Location: Delray Beach, FL

      Job Description:

      Join us and get some hands-on experience working in a creative, fast paced atmosphere while refining skills that will benefit a future career in Graphic Arts.

      This paid internship is open to any undergraduate/graduate student enrolled at a college or university. Candidates must demonstrate advanced graphic design skills including experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. This program will involve working alongside the Creative Director as part of our Marketing Department to accomplish various projects throughout the length of the internship (minimum of three months). The right candidate is able to focus on multiple projects, learn quickly, and has excellent written and verbal skills.

      Responsibilities:

      • Work with Creative Director to design various collateral (website, digital & print materials)
      • Edit, organize, and produce graphics
      • Create short videos for web promotions
      • Content creation for social media
      • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development for event marketing initiatives

      Qualifications:

      • Proficient with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
      • Proficient with video editing software (Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro)

        Guest Relations Coordinator

        Location: Delray Beach, FL

        Job Description:

        Currently seeking a full-time Guest Relations Coordinator to join the team. This entry level position requires the candidate to be based in South Florida and work out of our Delray Beach, FL office. The right candidate is personable, energetic, and eager to learn. The ability to jump into a fast paced environment and work alongside a tight knit team is key. Must be comfortable multitasking on the phone and computer for the duration of your day. This position will give you hands-on experience working in a web-based reservation system and other 3rd party platforms used to help the team succeed.

        Cloud 9 Adventures looks for self-starters who have a passion for providing a fantastic guest experience, music, and adventure. Those in this role serve as the face of the company to our guests and should be upbeat and positive while providing the best customer experience possible.

        Responsibilities:

        • Bring your best to help the Travel Team manage and maintain 20,000+ reservations annually
        • Daily workflow will involve fielding & responding to emails, live chats, and phone calls
        • Daily use of CRM Platform, Web Based Reservation System, Excel, Google Drive, and Dropbox
        • Provide accurate event information to guests in a friendly, timely manner including but not limited to:
          • Available inventory including rooms and add on items
          • Payment terms including processing online transactions and adding fees
          • Reservation details including account creation, name changes and pre/post nights
          • Important travel details like airport/flight information and check in & check out details
        • Serve as the first line in resolving guest issues before escalating to a manager
        • Assist in collecting past due payments and/or missing reservation information
        • Event On Site responsibilities include:
          • Multi-day Guest Check In
          • Staff Check In
          • Guest Relations Desk Hours
        • Aid in content creation for websites and Travel Team email campaigns
        • Give creative input on event curated activities, theme nights, and loyalty programs
        • Lend a helping hand in fulfillment of online merch stores and other office projects as requested

        Qualifications:

        • Positive energy + excellent customer service tactics
        • Passion for travel and guest experience
        • CRM experience a plus (HelpScout, Zendesk)
        • Comfortable with Google Docs and Excel a plus
        • Attention to detail is a must
        • Excellent written + verbal skills
        • Well organized
        • International travel with Passport is required
        • Must be willing to travel for long periods of time over the Winter months
        • Bilingual (Spanish) is also a plus
